PET POLICY:
To ensure the safety of both your pets and our personnel, we require that all pets be securely confined during the time of installation and/or service. This precaution is necessary to avoid any potential injury or damage to pets or personnel. Your cooperation in this matter is greatly appreciated and will help ensure a smooth and efficient service process.

TRIM REMOVAL POLICY:
During the installation process, it may be necessary to remove baseboard or crown molding trim. Please note that the removal of such trim is standard part of the installation procedure. However, the replacement of the removed trim will be the responsibility of the client. We recommend making arrangements for the trim to be replaced after the installation and/or service is complete.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL DAMAGE:
While Dip & Dow Glass Works takes reasonable care during the performance of its services, we are not responsible for minor incidental damage to existing walls, floors, or other permanent structures that may occur as a result of our work, including but not limited to minor scuffs, scratches, or patching required due to the removal of existing equipment or installations. This exclusion does not apply to damage caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct on the part of Dip & Dow Glass Works or its employees. Client acknowledges that existing walls and floors may have pre-existing imperfections and agrees to hold Dip & Dow Glass Works harmless for such pre-existing conditions.
